Not just the fishhead steamboat will bring in the crowd to this stall, their different types of dishes on their food menus taste equally delicious as well. My personal liking is their hot stove tofu. The sliced tofu are quite crispy on the outside and very smooth on the inside. Generous amount of minced pork meat has been used to cook this dish which make it quite sweet in flavour and also enhance the flavour too. Since it is served on the hotstove, so you can expect longer hours of this dish will be remained hot while you slower enjoy the rest of the dishes and the simple plain rice.
