Rong Kee is a big chain in Singapore having prescence in many coffee shops island wide. Today I am at the Tampines branch and ordered the roasted duck noodle to try. The noodle was done just nice, tangy and crunchy. The roast duck was nice and tender. The only problem I had with the whole dish was that the noodle was served a little cold. I am not sure if it's supposed to be like that. I thought if it was a little warmer, it would have tasted better.

The char siew aka roast pork very juicy, crunchy and not too tough where you cannot break it on one bite. The noodle very springy or some prefer to call it QQ. The chilli sauce mixed with the noodle tastes heavenly not too bland or salty just the right mix. Of course what's wantan noodle without the dumpling. One bite of the dumpling you can feel the meat and the skin not too thick. Price for this dish is $3.00
