Roundhouse is situated within Turf Club and serves modern European cuisine. The bar area at Roundhouse. We had wanted to order coffee to perk ourselves up but there was no coffee on the menu probably because they are more of a bar. There are indoors and outdoors seating and we sat indoors. The view was surrounded by lush greenery and it was a lovely experience dining around nature. There were some insects crawling by the window though.Roundhouse Breakfast $18We had our eggs scrambled (there are
We had our eggs scrambled (there are a few choices for you to choose how you want your eyes served) and breakfast was served with back bacon, cumberland sausage, roast potatoes, tomato confit, sauteed mushrooms, and baked beans. The scrambled eggs were not scrambled enough. Bread was dry and tasteless. The roasted potatoes were bland and a tad undercooked. Mushrooms had an overwhelming earthy taste. Overall, it was quite a disappointing breakfast. For a recommended dish of Roundhouse, it certainly did not live up to its reputation.
Chargrilled Angus cheeseburger and fries. The patty was rather thick and tasted good but unfortunately it lacked moisture and was too dry.
Service was friendly and there were not much people there when we were there for brunch on a weekday. Thankfully we made use of the 1-for-1 Entertainer deals so we only paid around $21 for the meal. I don't think it is worth paying the full price though.
