Sakae Sushi is a homegrown sushi chain so my friend and I decided to support local businesses! (Just kidding). My friend likes Japanese cuisine and since we happen to pass by, we decided to go to Sakae Sushi for dinner.I prefer cooked food so I ordered items like the takoyaki balls and the soba noodles while she had sashimi. This is one of the many outlets of Sakae Sushi. We went for some light japanese food so decided to just pop in. The food variety was okay but the price was definitely higher than some other similar joints. We mainly have sushi. The quality was still acceptable but I would much prefer it to be more fresh especially those with raw items and sashimi. Maybe I would still prefer other japanese joints than this.
