I visited Sake+ after a friend recommended it, mainly because of their unique concept where you get to create your own maki rolls. It was a fun and interactive experience, perfect for those who enjoy a hands-on meal. While the maki rolls tasted decent, they weren’t quite as memorable as I hoped. However, the tofu dish truly stood out. It was cooked in an amazing, flavorful soup that was so good we had to order a second portion.
