I love to have my dinner at Sakura Halal Thai Chinese Cuisine with my family. My favorite dish is Claypot Chicken Rice. The best dish I ever had! This dish serve in a claypot with rice, chicken meat, mushrooms and soy sauce. The rice is tender and the chicken is so juicy and yummy. Seriously, I can't live without their chicken claypot rice. Yum! Apart from their Claypot Chicken Rice, you should also try their other dishes like Seafood Crispy Noodle, Fried Kway Teow and many more. Very nice ambiance and their staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.Spending : Less than $6.00 per bowl continue reading

One of Sakura’s specialities is the sweet and sour fish. I was a bit hesitant to try the fish as I don’t usually eat fish prepared in that way. But when I gave it a shot, it was pretty good. The dish was well balanced. It was served with onions, chilli and pineapple. The sweet and sour fish is a must have when dining at Sakura. continue reading

I was shopping at the watson’s sale the other day at northpoint shopping mall with a couple of friends when we chanced upon sakura halal thai chinese cuisine restaurant. It looked quite high class as compared to the food court. We decided to give it a try. Actually the main course such as fried rice, mee goreng all cost about food court prices like $4.50. we each ordered a main course and an additional kai lan with oyster sauce. We ordered a small kai lan since there were only 3 of us, and the portion turned out quite small, luckily the portion of the main course was A LOT. So it kind of outweigh each other. As a whole, the entire meal was really filling! continue reading
