Super wide range of international cuisines, range from Western, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Malay cuisines can be found on their long buffet spreads. Regular top up of foods can be seen from the staffs which ensure endless foods are produced to everyone during the buffet hours. Like to eat their mini cheese cake as they are light, quite cheesy and easy to eat in one mouthful. Other yummy desserts such as their signature durian puffs, mango puddings, mochi and red bean soup are not too bad

Food: There must be a few hundred items for you to eat. Just the dessert trays list about 30 items !! I enjoy the sashimi at Sakura. Thick slabs of salmon (not belly lah!) served fresh from the fish (you can see them de-skinning the fish in front of you, not prepared in advance. firm flesh, chunky and loads of wasabe. I avoid the sutchi because I think it is catfish flesh. Took the ika (squid) and it was sliced just right. Had a bit of the tuna (maguro) but it was just average. Just eating the sashimi alone will get you your money's worht for lunch. I had the sushi - salmon, squid, clams, raw prawns - all tasty but only one each as there were loads of other stuff.

Moreover, a buffet offers a wide spread of food so that it can accommodate our different request for food. Happened to find this buffet from the website which others had recommended. The places offer cheap and a good spread of food. It ranges from western food items like grill fish, chicken steak .. to local food like laksa. Some of the items are prepared on the spot, which are the tempuras and grill items. And the best part is that they actually have free flow of drinks. Definitely worth every penny that we paid. Highly recommended.

I went for another buffet outing with my girlfriends. Could not decide what to eat so we headed to sakura for their buffet. My favourite section of the buffet is the raw sashimi. It is very fresh, goes really well with the wasabi soya sauce. I normally eat at least 4 plates whenever I am there. I just can’t resist sashimi!

There's so much to eat at Sakura, what should I eat first? Shark's fin soup, a variety of sushi, sashimi, salads, puddings, cakes, ice-cream, drinks, fried food etc...I was at their Omni Theatre outlet to celebrate a friend's birthday. It's quite easy to locate the place. When I reached there, I first attacked the soups, salads and sushi, then the cooked food and fried food. A plate of food from each section. When I reached there, I first attacked the soups, salads and sushi, then the cooked food and fried food. A plate of food from each section. I didn't eat much as we were busy chatting and having fun! At least I took two to three cups of milo!

Food was great, nothing bad to pick at, since I get to eat a bit of everything.

Somehow I have a big appetite and buffets do appeal to me, especially those like Sakura which offer international seafood buffet. That was my initial thought when I suggested to treat my mum and bf at Sakura, especially they were having this international seafood festival with unlimited sashimi (!!!) plus other stuff. My first stop was the sashimi corner when i took many pieces of sashimi and also other Jap food. There were indeed many choices and I couldn't wait to try all of them. However, the sashimi was not really fresh which totally defeat the purpose. Furthermore, when I ordered the hotplate seafood, the black pepper gravy simply made the dish too spicy and the seafood was not fresh too.

Even though Sakura is a family-friendly buffet restaurant with a wide range of food to choose from, the quality of the food is not up to standard and is rather disappointing..
