At Salad Stop, you can either make your own salad (choose from the bar), or order their signature gourmet salad. Tuna San ($12.80) is one of the signature salad listed on the board, and it's consists of mixed greens, seared tuna, avocado, edamame, cherry tomato, mandarin orange, sesame Seeds, and finally tossed in the Wasabi honey soy dressing! The dressing is slightly hot but balanced quite well with the sweetness from mandarin orange. If you don't like any of the ingredients listed in the gourmet salad, you can request to change to other ingredient. The staff will be more than happy to do so for you. Premium soup ($4.50) Seafood Chowder is my favourite. Thick and rich, the soup contains lots of seafood in it. Other than salad and soup, you can easily get yogurts or fruits at the counter.
