This bowl of Soto soup consist small pieces of rice cake, lots of bean sprouts and shred of chicken. The soup is clear and lightly spiced chicken soup. The chicken is tender and the added chilli paste is very hot. The bowl look big but it consists mostly of bean sprouts. At $3, I find it rather expensive as there is no potatoes cutlet.
