Seriously the most surprising part is the food amount out of our expectation, especially the fries. And we do appreciate that. So, yes, the taste is nice. Soup is comforting, and worked well with fries Pork and Duck in main courses are tasty too.Marked in my small map now!

Visited Saveur for the first time and wow, we had to wait for an hour for a seat! This seem to be a place popular with teenage groups. This restaurant used to have long queue even before it start operation daily, however after expansion of branches at Far East Plaza. The queue seemed to have reduce. It serve affordable French cuisine such as duck confit , Pork Belly etc. the seats are cramp but still comfortable. Been to Saveur twice, once at Purvis street and the other time at FEP. For both times, we had to wait for close to an hour. Overall, although the place has been overhyped, i still feel that the food is really good and worth every penny, the prices are really too attractive. As we had a rather big group the first time we went, we ordered almost every item from the menu. The stand out dishes for me were the angel hair pasta with sakura shrimps, duck confit and beef bourguignon. Really love the pot

Good and affordable french food in the right portion size. I ordered the duck confit alongside with sides (shrimp pasta and smoked salmon). The staff were also very approachable and friendly while seeking information of the main dishes. However, the waiting time for the food was quite long because there were many people during dinner time. I will definitely go back again for the food!(: thumbs up

If memory serves me right, Saveur used to be located in a coffee shop just opposite Katong 112. The two young entrepreneurs have also been featured on TV before for their choice of serving quality French food in a Coffee shop.Currently located at Purvis Street, this restaurant seems to be having a roaring good business!Comes in a petitel little cup and beautifully presented. Food taste awesome. Just portion is really not enough for a guy. Not too bad for a small eater girl though. The Duck Confit taste a little like the Ayam Penyat in my opinion. Just too salty. The mash potato taste really superb with milky taste yet not too over powering. Skin of the duck confit can be rather tough.
