I was feeling thirsty after dinner and decided to get a drink from Selegie Soya Bean. I got the soya bean with grass jelly for around $1.50 per cup. It wasn't too sweet and the proportion of grass jelly added was just right. The drink was also not too sweet. I used to eat their beancurd quite often in the past, but it seems like business is losing out to other chilled soya beancurd like 69 in the same hawker centre. continue reading

I am a great fan for soya bean curd and soya bean drink and I am so glad that there is a selegie soya bean stall near my house and I can ease my crave each time I have carving for bean curd or soya milk.Selegie bean curd is smooth and has strong taste of soya bean. I like to add soya milk to my bean curd so that it will not be too sweet. Apart from soyabean drink and beancurd, they also have chin chow (grass jelly) drink too. continue reading

This beancurd here is especially smooth and light in texture. At only one dollar per bowl, I think is really value for money. The moment I taste it I immediately want to buy a second bowl. It is not too sweet and goes well during any kind of the days. For me, I prefer to have it by placing it in the fridge as I will be more appetizing and cooling! Usually sold out quite fast, so must be there early to avoid disappointment. continue reading

Although now pudding bean curd is a trend, I still prefer traditional bean curd. Selegie soya bean is cheap and nice, I often come here for breakfast.Their bean curd very silky smooth, the syrup was just nice, without being overpowering sweet. The stall auntie was friendly, always joke with us, price is consider cheap and super nice. Will come back for more again. continue reading

bought soya milk as breakfast. the queue normally will wait about 5-10 minute as there is only one aunty working and sometime a uncle helping. requested for warm, and the aunty will mix nicely for me and even remember my order as i ordered regularly. like their soya milk, smooth and nice. serving in big cup and also very cheap. $1 for soya milk or beancurd or grass jelly. continue reading
