The cream puff at Sembawang Confectionary is very creamy indeed. Their amount of custard and butter in their puff is on a generous amount but is not so much that it displeases or discomforts your consumption. The skin of the cream puff is rather disappointing on a first bite but once you bite into it and taste it together with the cream. it's heavenly.
