Everywhere was crowded during meal time, so decided on here as it was not so packed. There was no queue but we waited awhile for the table to be cleared.Deep Fried Mandu ($5.90)The deep fried dumplings were stuffed with lots of ingredients in it.Korean Cold Tofu ($5.90)The icy cold tofu was served with soyu dressing and topped with seaweed. Simple and refreshing to have.Ginseng Chicken ($17.90, $15.80 member's price)Topup $1 to upgrade plain rice to Kimgaru rice which was stir fried with seaweed in it and tasted quite fragrant. The soup was rich and the chicken was very tender.Premium Seafood Hotpot ($16.90, $14.80 member's price)There was choices of soup base : miso or kimchi Jjigae. Selected miso as the family members decided not have spicy. There was also a cheaper version of seafood hotpot, but the family preferred this version which cost a couple of dollar more and had more ingredients. The soup was rich and not too salty. There was clams, mushrooms, glass noodle, mock abalone, zucchini, prawns and straw mushrooms in it.Hot Cinnamon Tea ($3.3)The tea was rich and not too sweet. Plus it was refillable although we had a bit of problem of getting the staff to refill the drink. continue reading
