Serenity Spanish Bar and Restaurant is located at the ground floor of Vivocity. If you request for alfresco dining, you will get a seat overlooking Sentosa – the view is gorgeous at night. And not to worry, we did not encounter any mosquitoes there. We ordered a starter: Albondigas. Its basically 2 huge beef balls with a tomato sauce, onions and peas. I especially liked this dish because of their generous tomato sauce topping. However, given the tiny portion, I felt it was rather pricey. We also

We also ordered the paella Valencia. Which is a rice dish with seafoods such as prawn, mussels, fish, squid and also chicken and chinese sausage. I found Serenity’s paella no different from other paellas I’ve sampled before. Though this is the first time I’ve tried a paella with chinese sausage!
