Went to coffee shop nearby my office, I decided to have porridge as my lunch. Surprisingly, there was nobody queuing in front the stall. Only two kind of porridge, pork or fish but I opted for both in one. Everything was readily prepared, boss insisted to cook one bowl by one bowl to maintain the standard.Mixture of pork and fish in porridge was a perfect match, ingredient was generously given. Few pieces of fried fritters were put on top, spring onion and anchovies enhanced the overall taste. S
