The FoodI ordered Singapura Cold Crab, Egg Omelette With Shark Fins and Yam Paste With Gingko Nut as dessert. The Cold Crab is simply fantastic and fresh and the flesh is sweet and thick. I ordered Singapura Cold Crab, Egg Omelette With Shark Fins and Yam Paste With Gingko Nut as dessert. The Cold Crab is simply fantastic and fresh and the flesh is sweet and thick. The roe is also rich and creamy and very satisfying and it combine incredibly well with the chilli sauce that is served together.
Next is the Egg Omelette With Shark Fins which is fragrant and appetizing and the bean sprouts also adds crunch to the texture and there is also parsley to garnish and lighten the taste. The accompanying shark fins enhance a little more texture to the dish but can't really taste much of it also. Anyway, I must say that the egg omelette will taste good even on it's own without the shark fins. Lastly is the dessert, Yam Paste With Gingko Nut to end the meal. The Yam paste served with mashed pumpkin and gingko nuts is very smooth and with the right level of sweetness. The portion is just nice for everyone but it's so nice I wished I could have a second helping.

Overall, I find that the restaurant serves a wide variety of food and the dishes are generally good. Definitely worth a try!
