Was at Skinny Pizza for lunch and we ordered mains for each person and some pizzas to share. I ordered the black pepper prawn linguine where the pasta was cooked nicely but the prawns didn't taste so fresh and it even stuck to the shell. It would have been better for the prawns to be shelled before cooking so that they can absorb more of the black pepper flavour. The Macadamia roasted pumpkin pizza was very unique and amazingly tasted good. The Macadamia roasted pumpkin pizza was very unique and amazingly tasted good. It's different from the usual savoury or cheesy type of pizzas we eat most of the time and is light enough to pass off as a dessert.

The satay chicken pizza was also said to be a chef's recommendation but the general view across the table was that the satay chicken was a bit bland. However, I do like the abundance of vegetables spread across the pizza and that helped to take away any greasiness from the satay chicken.

I am a big fan of pizza from Skinny Pizza. Visited recently to buy some pizzas to share with my friends at a gathering. My all time favourite is the ginger butter chicken pizza. I find the taste very interesting. There is hints of curry taste but it's not spicy. Loads of chicken and vegetables makes me feel healthy too. The other pizza I bought was wild truffle mushroom. The other pizza I bought was wild truffle mushroom. The heavenly smell of truffle oil was so strong you can smell it even when the pizza is closed in the box. As usual the pizza did not fail, it was fresh and yummy together with the skinny crispy crust.

Thumbs up for the taste and I like to also commend on the service at this outlet. The staff was very accommodating to my request to split the bill so I can entitle some discounts.
They could have rejected but they chose to accommodate. It's commendable.

Skinny Pizza prides itself on offering the thinest pizza crust, comparable to crackers or Papadum that shatters when bit, topped with fresh, wholesome and healthy ingredients, which results in great flavour.

Service staff during peak periods at Skinny Pizza tends to be somewhat rushed and brusque. This isn't a place where you'll be able to converse with the staff serving you, but they're friendly enough, and also able to make recommendations. Beyond that, the service here is pretty average, and while I've yet to have a bad experience, I haven't had any memorable or outstanding ones either.

The Wild Truffled Mushroom Pizza is a house signature dish, and also the most popular pizza on the menu. Garnishings of roasted shitake mushrooms, roasted button mushrooms, garlic, wild rocket leaves, onions, truffle mash, truffle oil and fresh parmesan cheese piled on a thin, crispy, cracker-like / biscuit-like pizza base. The earthy aroma of truffles hits you the minute this is placed on the table, and each bite is blissful, packing full-bodied flavour. It can get a little overwhelming nearing the end of the dish though, due to the incredible richness.

Squid ink pizza is something quite unique and we had ordered. At the look of it, i will say its "bushes v.s. the squid ink" , the pizza is nothing fantastic and nothing to rave about. Filled with so much of the vegetables and a few miserable sotong rings. The squid in only adds as a color difference to the rest of the pizza. The crust is very thin like those biscuits. If to compare CPK (califonia pizza kitchen) thin crust and this, I will prefer CPK.

Service
Moderately ok. Ordering lead time seems fine.

Ambience
Well decorate environment which seems abit special. The ceilings are not flat and not painted in one particular color. The lamps are unique,=.

Price
With the price given, i will probably not come back again.

Recommendations / Tips
Maybe you can try the mushroom soup.

After an early lunch followed by mid afternoon dessert, both at noisy places, what we were really looking for was an uncrowded place for an unhurried chat, not something to eat, and not spending on drinks. This is the 1/4 wedge of ginger butter chicken pizza ($25++ for 8"). It had no taste of ginger or butter at all, was topped by a couple of chicken chunks, a couple of cashew nuts but hardly any cheese or tomato.. Ok for a pre-dinner snack, but on the pricey side at $7.36 for a thin wedge of mediocre quality. And we left quickly after the quick bite because the chairs here were most uncomfortable.

The menuGinger Butter Chicken ($23)Looks like curried chicken cubes and rocket leaves on top of a very crispy pancake. But the stated egg is now where to be found. Interesting dish.Squid Ink Paella ($22)Not bad but get cold very easily. Disappointed in finding a number of clams but no meat in them. The fries has the unique taste of truffle oil. The cheese is interesting with soft inside and fried outside, served with grapefruit pieces. The sausage tastes abit dry.
