It can be quite hard to visit Skyve Bistro and Restaurant bar as it secluded at Windstedt Road, within an old school building. However, this also has an advantage to the restaurant as you get that peaceful ambience while enjoying their fancy dishes by Head Chef Vincent Teng. For starters, they have the Proscuitto Ham Pizza slab which has very tasty ham. The Arugula leaves toppings also gave it a healthy and tasty kick. Yum! For something a bit heavier, try the spring chicken. You won’t regret it

For something a bit heavier, try the spring chicken. You won’t regret it! That herby taste isn’t only skin deep for it seeps right through the white meat.
Also a must-try is the Confit of Duck Leg, which the chef made so crispy. I really enjoyed biting into its crunchy skin and tasty meat. Overall, my dining moment at Skyve was definitely worth it for their dishes are just prepared really well.
