一到步,即刻由酒店出發,一去到排隊,職員已經比QR code睇menu及落單,排隊大約20分鐘,就可安排入座。點了排骨肉骨茶 Pork Ribs Soup (S$8.80),肉質比較腍,個人較喜歡。記得可以添湯的。再點咗一些基本小食:卤豆卜、卤蛋、油条、焖凤爪,呢啲都係正常味道,不作多談。最有驚喜就係個焖腐竹 Braised Beancurd Skin (S$4),好淋、好滑又入味,值得推介! continue reading

幾經辛苦,搭左五個鐘頭車之後,就到左新加坡。去酒店放低行李之後,我們就去左唐城坊嘅呢間松發肉骨茶食午餐。呢間店都好多人幫襯,我們係外面排左一陣隊先入座。1. Pork rib soup 今次係第一次食肉骨茶,呢碗肉骨茶真係好好味。湯底係用好多藥材加埋胡椒煮的,飲到底會有好多胡椒,胡椒味濃。啲肉骨咬落去超級林,仲有肉味,真的超正。2. Pig’s liver soup一上檯係紅紅地生生地浸左係湯入面嘅豬潤。見到咁血水,不過碌碌下會熟嘅豬潤,我就無試到,不過團友話好好味。3. Mee sua plain係一碗碗嘅麵線,好大碗,啲湯係肉骨茶個啲湯來。啲麵好滑好好食,配合埋啲湯係一流。有啲人唔揀麵線會揀左飯的,都係睇返個人喜歡用啲咩來送肉骨茶。4. Roasted pork belly呢碟燒肉燒得幾好,脆卜卜,食落仲有啲肉汁支哂出來,不錯。5. Braised pork belly呢碟扣肉無咩特別,做得幾林幾入味,都唔錯。6. 五香肉卷佢係炸嘅,食落食唔出入面有咩,不過點啲泰式辣醬真係好惹味!7. 油炸鬼浸落啲肉骨茶入面,食落外脆內軟,好正。8. 芥蘭、菜芯、豆苗呢啲菜炒得幾好食,不過不失嘅。9. 鹵水蛋、鹵水炸豆腐、鹵水豆腐呢啲就鹵得唔夠入味,可以再鹵得入味啲。10. 鹹菜一般般無咩特別。肉骨茶啲湯係任加嘅,如果飲哂可以叫佢加,今次我地都叫佢加左好多次,因為太好飲了。另外,佢有個兜比食客裝骨的,十分貼心整齊。來到新加坡嘅第一餐,我覺得十分滿意。 continue reading

上網一查原來松發肉骨茶已經開咗好多間分店,以前有朋友送過松發肉骨茶湯包給我們,今次要親自去店裏面試,我哋去China point 的店,非常近china town地鐵站,中午11點半已經要排隊,古色古香的裝修,有各式各樣配料加在肉骨茶,整間餐廳都有肉骨茶的香氣,湯裡的蒜頭特別香甜,雖然我哋揀平嘅肉骨,但都好tender, 湯仲可以免費refill, 我refill左三次😂,店員仍然好客氣,今次都揀咗腰花,好爽口,難怪係米之蓮推介 continue reading

難得嚟到新加坡旅行唔係唔試呢間咁出名嘅肉骨茶啊我同朋友一人叫咗一份招牌肉骨茶再加多個滷水豆腐同芥蘭個肉骨茶係有幾香濃嘅胡椒味嘅但係我嫌佢唔辣,啲肉都煮得好琳而且好入味值得一讚。個滷水豆腐就非常之一般啊,完全冇滷水嘅味道入味時間唔夠長。個芥蘭亦都係唔係太好煮得好硬身而且個蠔油落太多令到好咸 continue reading

新加坡有什麼美食推介?我個人推介肉骨茶。哈哈,我連續三天都吃肉骨茶,今天來到位於牛車水的松發肉骨茶。食店位於商場地庫,面積不少,承客量多,下午差不多4時仍然坐無虛席。排骨;肋骨;龍骨肉骨茶,我點了排骨肉骨茶,它與特級龍骨湯好像差不多。排骨鬆軟,很容易咬開;而湯就跟黃亞細的很相似,都是超濃郁胡椒味道哩~店員會不時走過來加添湯汁,又是非常滿足的一餐!新加坡三大著名肉骨茶店我都經已吃過;每個人的口味不同,喜歡濃郁味道可以來松發啊~ continue reading
