This stall is very popular and had been at this Bedok interchange for a very long time. I ordered the black version over the white one for this stall. The fried carrot cake was generous coated with sweet black sauce and eggs which I really like. When the plate of carrot cake was placed on the table ready for consuming I can smell the fragrant aroma. The cake was really soft. I opted for the minimum order of $2.50.

There's a few stall selling carrot cake here but this stall always has a queue especially in the morning (by the way the morning cook and evening cook is different person) The carrot cake is very saucy/wet style. It's quite flavorful but the only problem I feel is the lacking of eggs. but can't complain for the wallet friendly pricing I guess.

This stall served one of the black fried carrot cake in Singapore. You have to wait for quite long if you come during lunch and weekends. Their fried carrot cake fried with nice dark sweet sauce and a generous amount of egg with chai poh. The taste can be so addictive. I always asked for extra chai poh. I can have it for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Strongly recommended.

The carrot cakes are more fragrant than other stalls as I believe is the generous amount of preserved carrot cubes in it. The carrot cake is soft and moist, not too hard and really compact. The beaten eggs used in it is generous too which make every piece of the carrot cakes coated with the beaten eggs which make it really fragrant and slightly crispy. Topped with lots of chopped spring onion to add in that extra flavour to it and the presentation of the carrot cake look good and tempting as

I was visiting my friend and we decided to stop by the blk 207 food center next to the old bedok interchange for something to eat. Looking around the stalls, i had a craving for fried carrot cake saw people queuing at Song Zhou Luo Bo Gao so i decided to order a packet. The carrot cake was fried nicely. The taste is also not too sweet even though i ordered the black version. Only problem is that some of the carrot cake was still in big pieces and not chop small enough

I only want a packet of basic black carrot cake to take away. When i gotten home, i left it for a while before eating it. It still tasted good after left aside foor a good 2 hours. The portion was good enough for $2.50 with a generous amount of egg and nicely fried with sweet dark sauce as well as chye poh to bring forth the fragrance.

It was a nice dinner.

The carrot cake is evenly fried with egg and is very soft on the inside. It carries the fragrance of egg and also “chai po”. It is well-fried to golden brown and the egg is slightly crispy. The chilli and spring onion compliments the taste too. Further, the carrot cake does not make one thirsty after eating. The serving is pretty huge too.

The queue is really long especially on weekends morning so normally I will try to avoid the crowd by going there in the evening instead. The carrot cake is fried by the uncle where the auntie will help to serve the customers. Personally I like the black carrot more than the white carrot cake for this stall. The black carrot cake is really sweet and soft. You can even ask to add more egg if you want but I find that the eggs used is already more than sufficient.
