My boss was really generous to have bought a whole blueberry cheesecake for this Spinelli outlet back for our afternoon meeting tea break. THe cheesecake looks really yummy and nice in presentation. The blueberry jam topping was really flavourful and the smashed blueberry topping was sweet and tasty. The creamy cheese used is thick and not too sweet as well. The combination was great and this is really great to have it during tea time hours and even anytime of the day. At $49 for a whole 1.

The husband and I headed to Spinelli over the weekends for a cozy afternoon tea.Their Petit Cakes (3 pcs for $6) were lovely and exquisite. My favourite was the Passion Berry Cup which was sweet with a tinge of sourness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. Another worthy mention would be Opera which tasted rich and moist. Their Meatloaf Pie ($5.90) was a surprising find! The mashed potato was buttery yet light and blended well with the minced beef.

Their Green Tea Latte, however, paled in comparison to Starbucks as we found it too sweet and lacking the natural flavours of the authentic Matcha Green Tea.

Overall, a great place to simply chill and relax over a cup of tea and cakes.

This ginger cookies may not really have very nice or attractive appearance, but once you have your first bite on it, you may be like me fall in love to it. It is very crunchy and the ginger flavour in it is very strong and fragrant. Slight chocolate taste can be found in it but does not over ride the nice ginger fragrant. Have it with a cup of their hot English or early grey tea will be even better.

My friend and I headed to Spinelli on one of the school days to work on our project. While there, I ordered their Oatmeal Raisin cookies to keep me company.Their cookies are absolutely huge!!On top of that, it's simply yummy! The cookie's not hard but rather chewy, just like how I like them to be.Never knew Spinelli had good cookies till I tried the Oatmeal Raisin! Now that I know, I'll definitely head back there just for the cookies and the occasional drink ;)
