https://www.umakemehungry.com/2018/05/spize.htmlSpize is located in Temasek club and surrounded by Bukit Timah Reserve and swimming pool. It is open to member of the public as well . Given that they have spacious dining aready, Spize also has a good variety of Asian & Western Food Items in their menu with reasonable prices. Under the Indian Category in the Menu, we ordered the Chicken Briyani as it was so tempting to see many of the diners had one of such plate on the table.  Braised big piece of Tandoori Chicken was given with pairings like South Indian Dahl, pickled cucumber, dried Mango with Mustard Seeds. This dish won't go wrong with the fragrant Pakistani Basmati Rice packed with Saffron, Mint and Cashew Nuts!  Under the Mediterranean Burger's Menu, we ordered The Royale. The burger was big with friends and mixed greens. Take a look at the grilled beef Patty that topped with fried Egg and melted Emmentaler Cheese betwen the Brioche Buns with Peperoncino Caramelized Onions and Garlic Aioli. Im not a fan of brownie but this dessert scored some marks. It's from Auntie Molly's recipe that comprised 70% of Dark Chocolate with Salted Caramel and Apple Cinamon, Hazelnuts and Walnuts topped with choice of Italian Gelato. Sweetness was well balanced with the tad bitterness of the Dark Chocolate. Though food is quite good, with its far-flung location, it is less likely we will be there often but for view and tranquility environment, it will be good that we should come here and dine once in a while. continue reading
