Bought this New York Cheesecake as dessert and shared with my friend. Personally, I don't like cheesecake as the cheesy taste and smell but this cheesecake was surprise me. It very smooth and dense, absolutely delicious as I can accepted the taste. It not too soft and not hard. This is plain with no fancy toppings, just simple and smooth. The texture was just nice for me. I like the crust below the cheesecake, it is not overly sweet and kind like biscuit. It have a layer of lightly sweetened sour cream.
