Chanced upon this cosy Starbucks outlet while bringing my mum for an eye check up at Mt Elizabeth Novena and I really enjoyed the ambience and atmosphere here. We ordered some cakes as well and I personally preferred the Mascarpone Yuzu Cake ($5.50) over the Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake ($6.50). The Yuzu cake was light, fluffy and refreshing! I found the Raspberry Cheesecake to be a little heavy on the sugar although the overall texture and taste is still quite palatable.

This is indeed a great hideout to escape the hustle and bustle of city life where one could simply enjoy a cuppa coffee, savour a nice sweet treat while enriching the mind and soul with a good book in hand...
