After collecting our contest prizes at Openrice office, we had a coffee break at this open concept joint. I ordered an ice blended Dark Mocha Frappucino grande $7.40 with whip cream.This is delish...it has very thick dark chocolate flavor with bits of chocolate chips in the drink...giving it some extra bite while I was drinking it. A nice beverage to cool me down on a hot hot afternoon!

FoodOrdered the Chocolate Chip Cream $7.80 Venti. It tastes very nice with the crunchy chip bites when you sip the drink. Moreover it is not too sweet nor creamy. I have wrapped the cup with its seviettes so that i can handle it with my hands without feeling much cold.ServiceService is Ok.AmbienceIt is like a kiosk in front of pacific plaza where there the seats are all outdoors. It makes the place very relax under the lightings. It is suitable for people to catch up after working hours or dinner hours.PricePrice is ok consider ok considering that the cup is quite big and its ingredients.

I'm not really a tea person unless I'm down with a major flu.. Then a nice hot cup of chamomile does it for me.Was really indecisive choosing a drink. But seriously like how difficult can picking out a drink, right? So I just randomly ordered what the guy in front of me did. The latest specialty, Hojicha Tea Latte. Hot tall and to go please!Hōjicha is actually Japanese green tea. This special tea is distinguished from the rest because it is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal; Japanese tea is usually steamed.It kinda remind me of Himalayan Tea Latte actually, but lighter and smoother. Over all is not that bad. I'll definitely try the iced version of it the next visit. Maybe accompany it with Raisin Bagel...Mmmmmmmmmmm

Had the large green tea latte. A bit overkill as it was very sweet. Not sure if sugar level is adjustable at starbucks? The green tea was matcha so that's good. It's bright green so it scares people off. Looks like alien poop? Service at Starbucks is legendarily crap, so not much to commend about service. The green tea latte is not as good at the one at Spinelli's. Spinelli's serves it in a porcelain mug. here Starbuscks serves it in a paper cup! No real Christmas mood at all even though they tried with the bright red Christmas prints on their paper cups. It's a conveneient place to stop in Orchard Rd/Scotts Rd, but otherwise, there's nothing special about Starbucks! If Spinelli's was there, I would choose Spinelli's. Or even Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

After a nice dinner with my friend. We looking for a place to relax and have some drinks. We notice starbucks and we went in. As usual will ordered Green Tea Cream.1. Green Tea Cream ($7.80)A creamy treat of green tea blended with ice, The drink were good, it very refreshing and milky. It taste just nice as it not too sweet, but yet has enough of that rich green tea tastes without making you feel like you are taking an overdose of green tea.The place was not so crowded, there were places to sit. However, the tables weren't cleared, so there were people sitting on the couches, but holding their cup of coffee, just because the tables weren't cleared.
