Tried this relatively new stall after being indecisive about what to eat. At this stall, all the dishes are steamed, hence the name. I was quite excited about it as it seems to be a real healthier option from the other oil-laden food court food!I was quite disappointed that the dish is quite salty! This is the Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean ($4.50). The pork ribs were rather small and did not have much meat. It was mostly bones. I like the peppery taste in the gravy though. This is the Signature Dish- Sausage, Chicken and Mushroom ($6.50). The sausage was good as it did not contain too much fat and it felt healthier. My family & I were deciding what to have for dinner when we saw the poster of this store. Decided to try it as it is new & it just opened on that day! Everything at the store is cooked by steaming which greatly cuts down on fat intake & retaining most of the food nutrient.
