Stickhouse is an ice cream shop and as the name suggest, it is ice cream on a stick! There is a wide range of ice cream to choose from, ranging from milk to fruit base. It is a gelato or sorbet ice cream (depending on which ice cream) and it is healthier than other typical ice cream shops. There are several outlets in singapore, popular with both the young and old as it has many flavours which cater to all agesThis is a milk ice cream and you can choose if you want any toppings ( Dark, milk or white chocolate) on the ice cream itself. The chocolate hardens almost immediately in contact with the cold ice cream. The ice cream itself tastes nice and i will try out other flavours next time! continue reading

A simple and special treat from my cousin who had bought me a mango sorbet from this ice cream stick stall.  Priced at $4.00, which is quite high for a neighbourhood area. The portion was not really that generous, and the ice cream stick looks simple and unattractive. Mango flavour was mild and not too strong.  Disappointing is that it is abit too sweet and quite diluted in its taste as well.  THe shop is small but is super clean and neat.  However I would not have come back again for a stick of ice cream here as is too expensive and not really that tasty. continue reading

Had this mango gelato on a stick for $3. Price is exclusive of any toppings (additional charge). The mango flavour, strawberry flavour and pineapple flavour are recommended so I tried the mango flavour. It tasted like mango sorbet. It was sweet and not sour but it tasted rather average, nothing worth mentioning about and I don't think it is worth the $3. continue reading

stickhouse - ice creams are freshly made from real fruits and ingredients which are frozen into a stick tried the pistachio, hazelnut chocolate ice cream pistachio ice cream - opted for chocolate dipping with almond nuts and the chocolate seemed to cover the taste of the ice cream, but when i eat it alone, cant really taste the pistachio nut eitherhazelnut chocolate ice cream - chocolate ice cream a little too sweet for my liking, tasted normal. ice creams are surprisingly creamier than i have expected. promotion of 3 for $10 , think its pretty normal, not something I would want to have again continue reading

Normally I love to try new foods and things around me, so this time round I also take a little risk to check out this ice cream stick. Quite disappointed as the strawberry flavour is quite light and not really fill with much really strawberry fruits. Looks really simple and the taste is equally quite bland and flat as well. With less than four to five bites you will be able to comple the whole ice cream stick already. Worth of all is it is really costly at four dollars and fifty cents per stick. They might want to consider reduce the price of it, I thought so. Not my favourite ice cream after all. continue reading
