I really love the salads and wraps from Sumo Salad! It's the place I go to when I'm looking for something healthy yet delicious to eat. What's more, the staff always try to stuff as much salad as possible into the container till it's full to the brim hence it makes me feel like it's really value-for-money I usually get the smaller portion with 2 kinds of salads, but this time I was feeling a little hungrier hence I got the bigger portion where I can get 3 kinds of salad. I like their thai vermicelli and veggie salad so I got those 2 again, and for the cous cous on the right it's my first time trying it out.Thai Vermicelli: The dressing for the vermicelli was very light, so it’s not very Thai but I still like it as everything tastes clean and light on the palate. Other than vermicelli, there’s also julienned carrot, chicken slices and coriander.Veggie Salad: Their veggie salads are always tossed in dressing beforehand so they always absorb the flavours and do not have that really raw vegetable taste. This salad came together with capisum slices that was cooked till soft beforehand, hence it was nice and sweet, and soft creamy pumpkin and avocado cubes. The taste is really great Couscous: The couscous also came together with capisum that was cooked till soft beforehand. Couscous is actually some kinda wheat/semolina substitute for those who don't want to eat rice/pasta. It was interesting and not bad and the 'grains' are much smaller than rice.

This costed almost $10 but it was worth the try as it was really delicious! If you wish to be more adventurous, you can choose to customize your own salad. The mixture was packed with flavours and went well together. The chicken was tender and portion was filling enough. If you love salad, you should try this!

This is one of the must try potato salad in town. I really love it a lot and I will definitely buy it when i am in town. It costs $6.90 for the small bowl. Although it is the smallest in the available sizes, the servings was very generous. The salad consists of a mixture of potatoes and eggs. If the available salad is not up to your liking, you could even request the staff to make a salad which is customized for individuals.

Be prepared, queue was snaking long unless you don't mind to wait.“Design your own Salad”, the idea was unique. The freshest and finest ingredients were used, food was full of nutritious and healed all hunger. A menu list to be ticked according to my own preference, it was straightforward and easy. The most convenient way to solve my dinner, it was light yet filling. Honey Mustard to be my dressing, it gave the overall a tangier flavour. Toast was soft while companions will all right, full of enjoyment each bite. Maintain my weight starting from now, I knew it was the biggest joke in my life.

Sumo salad was originated in Australia and known for its custom prepared salad base on customer's selection. The name Sumo salad was actually referring to its large and stomach filling portion. I have ordered the ready-prepared version of Tandoori salad from the fridge in the smallest serving at S$5.90. Packed fresh in a transparent container, it was rather convenient for me as it would be hard to find somewhere i can dine alone especially during Fridays. Purchasing was a breeze as the lady was quite efficient.After grabbing my meal, i quickly settled down at one of the tables beside the stall to dine. The bowl of salad comes with light tasty salad cream and big portions of tandoori chicken pieces. Satisfy and delicious with every dollar and cent well spent!
