Chance across this yummy eatery along Middle road. Was quite skeptical of the name Supreme pork chop, but decided to give it a try. The place looks like a small coffee shop and the menu looks plain and ordinary. This Beauty here is the Chicken Cutlet rice. The rice is topped with their braised gravy which makes the rice fragrant. The Chicken is very well seasoned and super tender but yet crispy. The preserved veg is one of the best i have eaten. A very good & cheap meal for those on the rush.

Saw television reviews to try out this store named supreme pork chop due to this cheap and delicious rice and noodles. The store also sell different type of soups e.g golden chicken mushroom with rice , seaweed pork ribs with rice. We ordered chicken chop noodles . The noodles is smooth and silky, the chicken is tender and crispy and black pepper sauce is spicy and taste nice.

Located at the basement of a building around Middle road lies a stall famous for their pork chop rice. Although being famous for their pork chop rice, i decided to try their chicken chop noodle ($4) instead. The serving was appropriate and the noodle texture were soft and smooth. Lastly, the chicken chop was chewy and tender, while the black pepper sauce goes well with it. I will recommend everybody to give this stall a try.

saw this tv show promoting this pork chop rice, decided to go down and try how supreme it taste! location wise not hard to find quite near to bugis area. wanted to try the chicken chop fried rice, but still ended ordered their signatured dish ' pork chop rice ' serving is quite fast. not too expensive for a meal. finding a place to seat some area might have no fan and kind of hot. overall, it really taste very good! and bad point is it tends to be cold very fast and not so crispy. but still thum

Ordered a pork chop rice takeaway for dinner at $4. I've been eating this same plate of pork chop rice since I was 9 and it holds fond memories for me. The plate of rice has remained unchanged -the generous, standard-sized pork chop, the rice with gravy over it, the salted vegetables and mixed vegetables. It may all seem like an odd combination at first sight but when you actually try it for yourself, it attains a whole new level of amazing.Just look at the texture of the pork chop + salted veg!

The pork chop isn't overly floury and is satisfactorily flavoursome. The taste does not drown out the juiciness of the meat when you bite into it -heavenly! Eaten with mouthfuls of the salted vegetable, it balances out the cloying, oily taste of the fried pork chop. The salted vegetable is well cooked -its texture is still slightly crunchy and provides a pleasant harmonising element that complements the entire dish.

The chilli served tastes spicy at first, and then the others flavours start to spread on your tongue -a mix of sweet and sour amidst the initial kick of the chilli. There is also a hint of garlic, and this beautiful concoction goes deliciously with the pork chop.

For this dish, everything seems like strange, isolated ingredients that don't really seem to match. Believe me, when you've tried it for yourself, it's a different story. Everything falls into place, and every ingredient is purposeful. The flavours aren't overpowering and its simplicity proves to be delicious. The taste remains consistent over the years and hopefully it stays this way for many more years to come!

This was my second visit but the first time to order the fried pork chop with rice. The rice was just plain rice but cooked to the right texture. I still could not help but compared it to what i had in Taiwan. It did not fare too well this time. Supreme Pork Chop Rice has a long history. They used to be located at Shaw Towers Food Court before locating to Bras Brasah Complex Food Court. After that they moved again, this time having their own shop at Middle Road, diagonally opposite Shaw Tower. Each time they moved, they did not inform their customers. But their customers took the effort to traced them down (through forums online) to the new location each time they moved. With such loyal fans, one can't help but feel that their food must have been very delicious. Yet again, they have recently moved to Shifted to Bulkhaul House (67 Beach Road 189688), which is a stone throw away.

It may be hard to get find a sit over here during peak hours; lunch & dinner time.

Trying this for a third time, I thought that it was just average. The pork chop was hard as if it was fried a second time to keep it warm. Thin layer of batter that was topped with black pepper. Maybe it is the value for money factor that keeps customers coming back as this shop is located near Bugis and City Hall area.

Some said this is the best pork chop rice in Singapore. This eatery serves taiwanese style pork chop rice. I happened to be there after dinner so i request not to have rice but fries with pork chop. A piece of well marinated pork chop that fried to perfection was served with coleslaw, baked beans and french fries. The taste of the pork chop tasted rather close to what i had in Taiwan. The set came with a bowl of seaweed soup. I will definitely come back to try the rest.

This is cheap, this is good! A plate of pork chop rice in the heart of bugis cost $3.50 is really quite a good deal! Do drop by Supreme Pork Chop Rice when you are around the corner, in bugis or near shaw tower. This plate of pork chop rice comes with a middle-sized crispy and well marinated pork chop. At the sides are delicious preserved, salted vegetables. Oh it comes with a bowl of soup too! Delicious!

This shop moved from places to places and finally settled at this current location. I was in town for a movie preview and the show ended early and that gotten me here for the first time. As i already had my dinner, i decided to change the rice to fries when i ordered my taiwanese style pork chop set.

The pork chop was well marinated and nicely fried with a nicely soft texture, it reminded me of the famous 金园排骨in Taiwan. Both tasted rather similar. This pork chop was good but i could not say the same about their coleslaw and i did not like the baked beans too. Perhaps it was near closing so both items did not taste too fresh. Soup was served lukewarm thus disappointing.

I would be back to try their pork chop rice set or their chicken chop rice set next time.

Later, I found out that they moved to Bras Basah Complex food court and I followed them to eat their trademark food again. Yet, they moved again ! This time, I didn’t have any idea where they moved to … Recently, I was chatting with my old friend on this food stall and he told me, they had their own retail shop outlet now!

My testimonial : I chased from Shaw Towers to Bras Basah Food Court to Middle Road …. My all time favourite is Pork Chop Rice ! Must Try ! Do try their noodles too and their Chicken Cutlet Rice. My personal favourite is the Pork Chop Rice and I still swear by it ! Their side dish of mixed vegetables, salted vegetables and egg (additional) for their Pork Chop Rice gives the whole dish a great mix and it taste good too!
