Sushi Kazuki at Bugis Cube offers a refined omakase experience led by a Michelin trained chef. I tried their uni rice and it was creamy and richly flavored, truly memorable. The seafood is flown in fresh from Japan and you can taste the quality in every bite. Service is intimate and attentive, and the ambiance is calm and minimalist. If you want a quiet omakase that feels personal and thoughtfully crafted, Sushi Kazuki is a solid choice for a special meal.…Read More

This experience truly deserves a review. The chef runs the entire restaurant solo — preparing every dish, serving every plate, and managing everything with quiet dedication. Watching him work with such focus and pride was humbling. The food was outstanding. Each piece of sushi was crafted with care, balance, and finesse. You can taste the passion in every bite. Despite being a one-man show, his service was warm, sincere, and attentive. It’s not easy to do everything alone, yet he does so gracefully, without rushing or compromising quality. I felt a deep respect and even a bit of sadness witnessing the full weight he carries. He deserves all the support and recognition. If you visit, please bring patience and appreciation. Behind every dish lies not just skill but sacrifice.…Read More

The rice is perfectly seasoned with just the right hint of vinegar, served warm to pair beautifully with the fresh, thick slices of fish. Every bite shows the quality and care they put into their sushi. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.…Read More

Pricey-ish but for Michelin-level sushi without snob vibe, worth saving up for one fine makan. This is definitely only when u want to splurge …Read More
