They definitely have a good spot at the hotel foyer and passers by for sure to slow down their foot steps and gaze at the pastries and bread that smell wonderfully from this shop. They have a small sitting area of 2 to 3 tall tables for people who wants a cup of coffee. I went through the range of bread and buns and got myself a ham and brie crossiant at $4.50 each and a madeleine @ $1.50 each. This is the most beautiful mooncake packaging i've ever seen so far! It's from Marina Bay Sands SweetSpot. SweetSpot is actually an European dessert specialist and yet they can make such good mooncakes according to our chinese tradition and with such beautiful packaging too! At first i'm a bit skeptical on the quality and taste of the mooncake as it's not from a traditional chinese restaurant, however after tasting, i'm very surprised! i had a very sinful dessert as sweet spot at marina bay sand. this dessert is made up of five layers of chocolates, very fattening. one mouth and i start regretting. but it was so delicious that you simply cannot stop. i believe it is worth the calories!

I was at Marina Bay Sands to listen to some talks held by some trading company. The talk was really boring and long and I was really so hungry. The moment the talk ended, I went down to get myself a cookie from the cafe. Although I was already famished, the cookie tasted really awful. The cookie was dry and hard to chew. For that price, I think I can get better food elsewhere. Definitely will not go back again.

My girlfriend is always surprising me the entire year long with mini and yummy treats. I had from my colleagues that there was a really nice place that sold delicious macaroons so I decided to check it out.Indeed they were right, sweet spot really sells unique macaroons, unlike bakerzin and icing room, some of their macaroons had different shells. It is as though it was mix and match. So cool. The chocolate one was the best, original taste but theirs just taste a lot richer and creamier. My girl

I decided to treat my family to some really great desserts at sweet spot. The vanilla custard was the best thing I tried there the last time I went there, so I got everyone one plate of that. The pastry is so crispy yet soft at the same time. I literally melts in your mouth! The vanilla custard is not too sweet yet with creamy. It was topped with icing sugar, giving it a wintery effect. Great snack for Christmas period!
