My dad brought me to this stall when it was still situated at Clark Quay. It has since moved to Sims Place Market and Food Centre. A set for 1 with duck meat, extra rice, tau kua and eggs cost only $4.70. The chilli is also superb. With a bit of vinegar in the chilli, it makes the meat more appetising. Though I am not a fan of duck, I love to visit this stall as the food is simply delicious! The duck is really well marinated and juicy. The side dishes such as the peanuts and cabbage also taste very good (hence, do order them as well if you have a chance to visit this place!). The duck rice at Tai Dong Teochew Braised Duck located at Circular Quay is really good. Been there a couple of times with my colleagues who introduced me to this shop located along the rows of food stores along the shophouses.The duck were braised and you can smell the fragrant aroma from the meat of the duck. The amount of sauce is just right, not making the duck taste too salty. The rice grains were cooked with the right amount of water, therefore they were neither too soft nor hard.
