I was walking around bukit panjang plaza. I was surprised to see a Taiwan ichiban at bukit panjang basement. I ordered a packet of their fried mushroom. It was fried till very crispy. It brings extra flavor to the mushroom. They also added some plum powder to the mushroom, love the mix of the sourness and the spiciness. So glad they opened such yummy Taiwanese stall here.
