I was walking around bukit panjang plaza. I was surprised to see a Taiwan ichiban at bukit panjang basement. I ordered a packet of their fried mushroom. It was fried till very crispy. The batter is very fragrant and buttery. The shitake mushroom is very tender and juicy. So it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love it that they added a lot of chilli powder.
