A whole day out calls for a much needed coffee break in between. We shared a Sumatra Mandheling and a Tarte Tatin Latte. This is my first time trying a drink from the Gourmet coffee section and I must say that I do not know how to appreciate it. It had quite a sourish taste. The evil sistas meet again for our endless impromptu dinner at TCC. This was my second visit to the MBS outlet. This outlet has quiet down a lot, it wasn't busy like the previous time I was there and many items on the menu had became unavailable. I had the Misoyaki Beef Sandwich from TCC when I wanted to try something different other than the usual Aglio Olio I will always order. Served with a hearty beef patty seasonsed with spices and miso mayo gratin on a Turkish bread throne. I love the turkish bread! It was so crispy and fragrant, and is very feeling as well. It was a friend's birthday and we decided to give her a sweet treat from TCC at MBS. We ordered a semi-cake called... Berry Perfect (IF MY MEMORY DIDN'T FAIL ME).The friendly staffs served the sweet treat not long after that. So pretty! Too pretty to eat, in fact. It was a semi-cake, with a cream center. I have been to Tcc lots of time, and I have been dining at quite a few eateries in Marina Bay Sands. However, it's my first visit to the Tcc at MBS! I ordered the Peachy Passion Tea Freeze for the first time. The fruity drink is very refreshing! Slight sour, light and doesn't have strong aroma of tea, this drink is definitely one of the best chilling choice in a hot day, or after a big meal. The current Hi-Tea set is a Chineses New Year theme. It consists of 2 pieces of scones with cream & jam, 2 pieces of pineapple tarts, mini bak kwa burger & salmon rice crispies.The scone is crispy on the outside & soft inside, the cream & jam gives it a nice combination.The pineapple tarts is not like your usual open face tart.
