Visit ION Orchard and went into this TCC. This time ordered crayfish Speghetti, chicken roll which was 1 for 1, value for money. Of course popular by demand coffee blended chocolate ice cream and freeze lime iced lemon tea. The taste of crayfish Speghetti was very good and freshness of crayfish as like can sponges effect inside your mouth. Went to TCC with my friends on a weekday and there wasn’t much crowd there. I have ordered the Wafu Beef Spaghetti and tasted savoury (good for my personal liking). The meat was tender and juicy (not that hard to chew and swallow) too but I think the portion was a bit small for the price. Ambience is good though since it wasn’t that noisy.

The Connoisseur Concerto (TCC) is a nice place to just chill out with friends, and chat over drinks. In my opinion, TCC is one the places which serves great aglio olio. I'm a lover of their seafood aglio olio. The Seafood Aglio Olio($18.80++) was good! The Scallops were perfect and the Prawns were fresh and crunchy. After dinner wtih Sam, I met up with Ivy & Angela for desserts. It has been long time since I had the Dark Devotion, I ordered a portion if it, apart from ordering drinks.As usual, it took about 15-20 mins for this item to be served, but it's definitely worht the wait. The cake is moist & chocolat sauce flow out immediately when it's being cut open. Was there last Sunday for some desserts after dinner. TCC actually serves great desserts, and for each and every of their desserts, they have a great name! I enjoy eating TCC pasta and my order this time round, Tobiko scallop pasta ( about $20) is no exception. I love how the pasta is done al dente- chewy and firm, and how it soaks up the fragrant flavor of the Japanese dressing. The portion of ingredients were generous- you will find shimeji mushrooms, together with dollops of Tobiko egg roe- that are crunchy and bursting with flavor. I decided to try something new from the menu apart from my usual seafood aglio olio, I ordered the wafu beef spaghetti, a little more Japanese style kind of spaghetti. was quite disappointed with the presentation of the dish cos the beef look dry and tough which indeed it does taste like how it looks. the sauce is a little watery but tasted alright still. the spaghetti is a little overcooked too. Would prefer the dish to be a little more dry and the spaghetti to be al dante.

The Almond Creme Brulee Latte and Tropiconut latte are both new additions to their hot coffee drink menu! The almond creme brulee latte immediately caught my attention as it is a mixture of almond blend and creme brulee capped with cinnamon and coffee powder. I bought a cake from this place for a party. The cake we ordered was a chocolate mousse cake, in a small size. The cake was quite nice overall being very rich with an intense chocolate flavour, but the components could be improved on, the cake itself was not very appetizing tasting abit dried out and not very fresh. The mousse helped to save it abit though providing some smoothness to distract from the bad sponge.

Visited TCC one nice afternoon with friends to catch up and chit chat. This cafe chain has the perfect setting to sit around and spend a lazy afternoon together with friends. This is a new item on the TCC menu - the Beef Brisket Baked Rice. I love baked rice and when done right, it's a comfort food that's suitable for any day. The dish is strewn with a generous portion of tender stewed beef brisket which are well-seasoned and absolutely juicy. There is also a spicy sauce added to it which gives it a nice kick! Covered with oozing cheese, and paired with a nice cold glass of iced tea, it is a must try for baked rice lovers.

Red ruby tea - it is really fragrant and the aroma of red ruby is really "heavy" and rich . One would be lured into drinking the tea. When you first sips to the tea, the red ruby tastes like rose and mildly sweet. After that it gets sweeter and the rose taste disappear, don't ask me why, it just did.
