Today I am attending a tour around Tea Chapter which starts with a Tea Making Demonstration using Imperial Huangjin Gui. It is a type of tea that is enjoyed by most as it has a sweet taste.First smell the tea with 2 fingers, which smells sweet.Second smell the cup after emptying the tea into the drinking cup and rolling the empty cup. It smells quite sweet like honey but different from the first smell. The tea tastes quite light. After the cup has been cooled, the tea again smells differently from the earlier 2 smells. Overall it is quite an interesting and enjoyable experience. continue reading

I feel that this tea house is quite authentic, with difference kinds of tea & simple decoration ,seating with japanese or either korean style A good place for relaxing They also have tea course upon request,is usual quite fullhouse whenever i wentso is better to call in to reserve before coming down We ordered the long jing tea,The staff will bring tea leaves over & ask if we know how to brew,if not they will demo & show us,the staff are quite friendly & nice The tea is very clear, light & refreshingThey also offer board game for us to play while enjoying our teaThey do sell some snack too we tried the tea egg,is very nice, soft With strong tea fragrancesoverall i rate 9/10 continue reading
