This stall is manned by an elderly man i think maybe in his 60s and he sells carrot cakes both white/black cooked by him and other snacks like chui kueh, dumpling etc...as he has a steamer which people put baus to make hot.The carrot cake at $2 per packet is one of the best i had come across as he fried the carrot cakes till quite crispy and pour the beaten eggs over which covers the carrot cakes and he adds generous amount of chai poh and garlic so instead of the normal carrot cakes in pieces, his is a big piece coated in egg.Normally i would buy take away at $3 and he's very generous at the portions.
