I ordered the Texas burger meal at $4.50 only. The chicken fillet inside the burger is crispy and tender. The fries also very crispy and not so oily. Portion wise is just nice, filling for my stomach. Waiting time is still acceptable during peak hours as the staff are quite efficient.

I ordered the Texas chicken meal, 2-piece chicken comes with biscuit bread and drinks. The chicken is a bit too dry and is not too oily also. The biscuit bread is not too dry or milky like the one Popeyes has. Another meal is the Burger with onion rings and drink. The onion rings is nice served hot. Overall the standard of the chicken here is somewhere between KFC and Popeyes.

There was a promotion between 3 to 5 pm. I got the mesquite burger with a drink for $4. The filling is shredded chicken with BBQ sauce on sesame buns. The texture of the buns did not taste like toasted. The taste of the BBQ sauce and shredded chicken did not match well. I wanted to try something new but the decision was a wrong one. I think i will just eat their normal chicken burger next time.

First time trying Texas Chicken as a friend of mine was telling me how good it is, compare to another famous fast food restaurant which specialized in fried chicken too. My sister bought back the food from this fast food outlet to home, and really surprise that all the food items are all turned cold already. The chicken meat was quite a disaster as it was really tough in texture and super cold. Totally not fragrant. THe mashed potato was so cold that I thought i was eating ice cream instead. The soft drinks are also not much gas in it.

Well i was out with my girls. we heard about Texas Chicken so we give it a try. We bought 3 meals. First meal we bought a CLASSIC CHICKEN. burger. Which i thought it was okay. These chicken parts from Texas chickens may be quite crispy in texture, but somehow I still feel that they are just too salty and overly seasoned. The chicken meats are quite tender and juicy but I was not really happy that the different chicken parts that have been served to me are not really that hot and was almost turn cold in less than two to three minutes. The counter staffs are also not that friendly and do not feel like being welcomed by the staffs at all. Quite disappointing.

For the Tex Supreme, the Chicken was very crispy and have a tender texture. The vegetables given was acceptable. Quite a big portion. As for the 2 pieces chicken, the size of the chicken was a little small. But the taste was quite good with a crispy skin and not very oily. Headed to Texas Chicken last week. The chicken was not bad! Cripsy and warm and tasty. When eaten together with the chilli sauce, it would feel like you can eat up to 3 pieces! Hahaha. Very filing indeed. Their fries are good too! Just that I thought it was a little too salty for my liking.

The introduction of Texas Chicken is giving Popeye's a good run for its money! The chicken is crisp and delicious. The juicy chicken is able to give Popeye's a good run for their money! It is less oiply and has a different and unique taste to it. Definitely a good chicken place to try whenever you have a craving for chicken!
