It's always good to have a decent Thai food stall nearby. This stall sells some good selection of Thai and Viet food, have tried their green curry the previous time and it wasn't bad, this time I'm trying the Basil Chicken ($3.50), for its price, the portion is pretty good, it's not that spicy and I liked every flavourful taste I get from the minced chicken, compliments very well with plain white rice.

So there's this particular stall at Nanyang Polytechnic's Koufu selling pretty decent Thailand and Vietnamese cuisine. Decided to try the really affordable Green Curry ($3.50). I was initially kind of disappointed at the consistency as it was more of a soupy consistency than a thicker finish. However, I was really glad of the generous amount of chicken and eggplant that is hidden inside this bowl of green. The spicyness level is just right but overall consistency could be improved. Nevertheless,

Today come to this canteen for lunch again.First time trying out this stall. It has a long queue but is fast moving. The aunty taking the order seems to be a Thai.Order Pad Thai ($3.50) Traditional Thai style fried noodles. I have thought there is a need to wait for a while but is fast. The amount is big. Tastes good but a bit wet. There is assorted chilli powder and sauces at the counter for you to help yourself to.

It had been a long time I ordered food from Vietnam and Thailand cuisine at koufu. Last few days ago, I decided to go for the Vietnamese kuey teow as I don’t feel like eating other food. The Vietnamese kuey teow tasted quite nice. I don’t felt greasiness from this dish. The soup tasted quite special but it was a little bit too salty for me. Will visit this stall agian for another dishes.

This is the first time I tried this vietnamese kuey teow, not bad, different taste from the chinese cooked kuey teow. It has a few type of herbs inside the soup that give the special taste of it. The beef balls were special but a bit salty for me because too much soy sauce inside. I do not like the vegetables they put inside, it spoilt the taste of the soup. Anyway, it was worth trying but I still prefer chinese kuey teow...

the Vietnam and Thailand cuisine in nanyang polytechnic koufu is actually not that bad but my friend always warned me of their uncleanliness. However once in a while I still will buy from this stall when I don't feel like eating other food. The fried phad Thai is not bad, similar to Singaporean fried kuey teow but spicier and tastier. Though it is a bit oily, I still finish it because it is delicious and I don't feel the greasiness.

This is nice.I like it.The concentrated taste of coconut milk with the curry, and the ingredient inside is nice too.I like the eggplant, because eggplan absorb most of the green curry, when i bite on it,it is full of green curry. But this time, the ingredients inside is quite few.Almost the whole bowl is just the soup. But nevermind, i like to pour the soup on my rice.It taste really nice. But it is quite oily as can see from the photo.

Craving for some Thai food, I decided to try the shop Thai & Viet Cuisine in Koufu. I ordered the fried seafood kuay teow which costs $3 something. The portion is generous and it kept my stomach filling. I like the way the kuay teow is fried, not being oily but tangy. Seafood portion is normal, just a few prawns, fish and squids slices. the other rice set in this stall is nice too, they sells thai and vietnam food.

Noodle is soft and Q.. Love the beef, it is really fresh, juicy and tender. There are also crabmeats etc. I find their soup pretty healthy as i don't feel thirsty at all after the meal. Probably not much MSG which is good. the broth was full of beef flavour and not too heavy. the beef was very tender. the other rice set in this stall is nice too, they sells thai and vietnam food.

It looks no good, but the taste is good. The spicyness is just right. It seem like very oily, but it's not, maybe the spicyness already hide it. They add quite lot of coconut milk,so it is not suitable for who whose stomach is no good. But the chicken is very few. The eggplant is very nice,it absorb the curry,so when i bite on it,it full with soup.
