Thanying offers high quality Thai food fit for royalty! All the dishes we had were delicious though pricey and not very large in portion size. One draw was the amazing dessert buffet which offered numerous types of kueh and thai jellies and fruit. The jellies and kuehs were all delicious and the steamed tapioca was particularly tasty, accompanied by delicious coconut sauce! Besides just dessert, the main dishes are delicious too. I especially love the mango salad which is sweet salty tangy and spicy all at once!

The mango salad here is super amazing, definitely the best i have ever eaten. The flavours are just perfect, with the right mix of sweet salty savoury spicy and sour. The mango used is fresh and crunchy, and there is tons of toppings added which add lots of extra flavour. Really liked the nuts in the salad for the crunch and the dried prawns which provided that extra umami flavour.

I have eaten family lunches here many times, the food is awesome. We ordered the Tom Yam Soup, stir fry seafood with thai basil and peppercorn, chicken green curry, pineapple fried rice, phad thai, kang kong with bean sauce and finally mango sticky rice for dessert. All of the dishes are tasty. The service staffs are always prompt and friendly. The Tom Yam soup was good too but for $10 per bowl for each person is very expensive.

Had a farewell dinner date with some ex-colleagues and we ordered the more 'common' thai dishes such as: tom yam soup, green curry, Stir-fried vegetables, Beef with basil, Phad Thai and Lemon juice.Overall, the tom yam soup wasn't exceptionally fantastic, I found it lacking in the spicy and sour part. Green Curry was average as well. Phad Thai was way too sweet. The best dishes were probably the vegetables and beef. For better Thai food, I recommend Ah Loy Thai.
