After a movie at Golden Village, it was already quite late and my friend and I didn't want to walk far for food. We went into Cafe Cartel which was right infront of us. I ordered their St. Louis Pork Ribs ($15.60), which is an award winning spare ribs roasted with the restaurant's homemade BBQ sauce, served with side salad and wedges. The meat are tender and easy to separate from the bone, it was a very filling dish so I ended up giving 1/4 to my friend. He ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Hotplate

He ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Hotplate ($15.60), which came in sizzling well. The chicken is also grilled to tender rightness paired with vegetables and wedges. Overall, the food were good but not exceptionally great. But can always be a good choice for a decent dinner.
