Was at Cathay for movie with a group of friends and we decided to head for dinner after-that. It was my first time at Indulge and I really like the ambiance- makes me feel at home with the nice decor. fried prawn in wasabi mayo saucewas not too hungry so i just had this. Love their fried prawns in wasabi mayonaise sauce. The mixture of mayo and wasabi is just nice, not too choking for a person who doesn't take spicy stuffs like me. It tasted somewhat sweet, juicy and fresh! anyway it is a bit oily but okay for me. This western restaurant always try to have their dishes with very nice and neat presentation before serving to their customers. Main main course is too served to me with really nice display too. The beef meat is quite tender and juicy and love those really thick and spicy black pepper sauce used in cooking the beef. The Indulge chicken steaksalty and salty and salty. the chicken is actually tender and juicy but over seasoned. the french fries given is really a lot, so in the end i was soooooo full. i love the coleslaw but it is also salty and sour so i cant stand it after i eat alot of it. Went there for their lunch time special, which was a free soup, ice-cream and drink for every main ordered. The place was quite empty but the staff were friendly and prompt in their service.The butter herb fish was not bad, the vegetables were cooked just right. The corn soup was very diluted, we didn't finish it as it just wasn't that appetizing. My friend ordered the spaghetti with tomato and mince meat which was decent.The last time we ordered the wasabi prawns which was done alright.A very mediocre dining experience in a rather mediocre cafe though value for money.Recommended for students and office workers on a budget but still would prefer a fairly decent dining experience.…Read More
