Big big clapss to our birthday girl, Vanessa!! Happy birthday!! It is another year happier not older!! Haha. We choose this restaurant is because the variety of food. The serving portion is quite big then we can share together. We ordered the famous fish and chip!!There will be the reason I like this kind of celebration.  The serving of the pasta is really generous. It was served with two pieces of mussels and lots of prawns and squids. At the price of $9.90 per set (excluding service charge and GST), this is really worth it!

If you are a fan of fish & chips, you have most probably tried this from The Manhattan Fish Market. I did and i liked it. The dory fish fillets were coated with a thin layer of batter and fried it well. It tasted quite fresh and did not taste too oily at all. They served the well fried fillets with garlic butter and tartar sauce. I like it with extra garlic butter and tartar sauce though. It served with a good portion of french fries that made this a filling meal.

This cherry snapper fish & chips cost 13.90. The fish was a tad bit hard and didnt taste fresh, also the portion was rather small. Also, the batter was not crispy but slighty hard.Their fries was thick-cut kind and tasted not bad. Their fish and chips came with the vegetable salad and it was pretty nice and it made the whole tasting experience less sick due to the fried food.

Small Grill $19.90I ordered a s small grill. It served with butter rice and fries together with grilled fish and prawns.It also served with a portion fo mixed vegetable made up mainly of broccoli and carrot. The taste was pretty good. It consist of, calamari rings (very juicy and tender!), thick cut fries, half a fillet of grilled fish with herb sauce and 2 freshly-grilled prawns, all on a bed of garlic butter herb rice. Mix all ingredients together then eat it.Wow fantastic..!

The fish and chips here is pretty nice. Love the battered fish and the fact that it is not overcooked or under cooked!! The chips were pretty good as well! The tartar sauce and everything really made the dish as well!! Love that the food is good, staff is good and the environment is very good too!! Would definitely come back here for more!!!Price wise i think its mid range.

The fish is very special. It does not have the fishy taste. Some more, the fish is crispy and tender. the meat of the fish is very smooth too. Not to forget the cheese fries, the fries is crispy and does not taste very potato. The cheese on top of the fries makes the fries more flavourful. I like the cheesy taste of the fries. The overall is nice ad it makes me full after eating it~

I was craving for chocolate the other day and what I can think of is Brownie!! Due to convenience, I went to Manhattan Fish Market to order their Brownie with ice-cream ($6.5), as I have tried their awesome Mud Pie, and wanna go for something new. The fudgy choclate brownie tastes Ok, slightly crisp outside, and very rich and moist inside. It has some nut chunks inside too. Topped with vanilla ice-cream, it is a good choice of dessert for a quick chocolate craving fix!

The seafood platter is crispy and the taste is flavourful. Another good thing is that it is rather filling, so 2 people will find this very satisfying, especially if there is a drink to go along with. Sadly, the fish isn't really fantastic, didn't taste as fresh as I expected. I would say that the carrots were cooked just right, not too raw nor mushy. Isn't it a restaurant for mainly fish? haha Anyway the coffee is nice, very fragrant. and the fish is delicious too, i have tried it before.The portion was so huge that, almost my entire table of friends could only finish ¾ of the fish! The fish were done very nicely with very delicious garlic sauce topped on it. Very appetizing, and we were indeed super full after the meal!

There is now 1-for-1 promotion and hence decide to give it a try. The small grill platter came with fish fillet, 2 grilled prawns, a few calamaris, garlic rice and cajun fries. The seafood was fresh, well cooked, serving was quite generous. I love the garlic rice and fries, which were tasty and went well with the seafood. Service was also good, the waiter was quick to give us the sauces that we asked for, and kept refilling our plain water. I will definitely patronise the place again.

I had this meal at bugis. It was quite a simple meal i would say. It has 2 dory fish and fries top with cheese. This meal cost 13.90 excluding GST. Rather a simple concept. However, if you are trying to save some money then i would suggest you to use that money to buy something filling instead.
