Wonderful location to hang out with big group of friends, Mind Café offered Board Games while eating and drinking. Perfect space to make as noisy as possible, battle ship was started around a coffee table. Menu was definitely extensive, wide range of beverages, appetizers, main courses, snacks and desserts to be picked from. Addictive environment upon stepping in the cafe, everywhere was lively happy granted.Having a sip of hot coffee and enjoying the new form of relaxation, we ordered along a piece of dessert. What a tempting sweetness in front of us, cake was served warm and fresh. Light fluffy in term of texture, the savouriness was just nice for my liking. Delightful melting moment, Vanilla flavour was decently aromatic. Absolutely delicious, drizzle of brown sugar syrup was remarkable too. Felt ease about the cost, all their food was reasonably priced. It was more about a café to be, lots of fun and laughter. continue reading

Ordered Vegetarian Pasta at The Mind Café and the combination of the sliced shitake mushroom, pasta together with cream sauce were creamy, soft and delicious. Also, we won't face any thirst at any point of time as there were free flow of drinks. This dish alone was $9.50 but it was more affordable to get the Monday to Thursday Mind Happy Hour Package which consists of 4 hours of Board Gaming or Console Gaming, free flow of drinks and any main course. This package was only $12 excluding GST and service charge. The environment was vibrant and it was a good place for youths or a group of people to mingle, chill and relax. continue reading

It was my best friend's birthday & my friends and I decided to treat her for dinner. We wanted a place where we could relax and chill out and so I immediately thought of this boardgames cafe. I had went to this cafe before & enjoyed myself tremendously during the time i was there, so i quickly made a reservation. Turns out there was no need for a reservation, there wasn't much customers when we arrived. We immediately settled down & got some boardgames from the shelves, there was soo many games to choose from, making it super hard to decide which one we wanted to play, so in the end brought 4-5 different games back to the table, haha. The staff were really polite, plus they were really patient when explaining games you don't know or understand. They even helped us light the candles on the cake we bought outside, nt from them! There are different packages we could choose frm, ranging from those with free flow drinks to those that came with a full meal, prices were also quite reasonable. We chose their Mind Mega Meal Package ($16.50) that came with free flow drinks (4 flavours to choose from, & can change flavours), a main course & either soup/salad + 3hrs of unlimited boardgaming. They also have sides for you to order if you don't feel like having a full meal.Th 1st time i went to this cafe, my 1st thought was 'since it's a boardgame cafe, it should focus more on the array of games they had, not the food, so i supposed it isn't that nice'. However, this cafe actually proved me wrong! They served really nice food - both nice to see & nice to eat! I was actually quite surprised that their food was so nice! Their tom yam roast chicken with rice is a must try! The salmon pasta is also very worth the money spent! This is the place to go, for both nice food, great service + nice place for boardgaming! continue reading

With my intellectual brother in town, our outing became mind-engaging eating place like Mind Cafe. The games were definitely fun with great selection, but the drink... we tried all of them & all taste sucks! The food was very so-so as well. We would rather jus pay to play games & ask them not to serve us anything haha. Like the reno though, a better branch than the clarke quay one. continue reading
