Have always wanted to patronize this place to try out the other food that they offer which I only managed to do so a week ago.

Upon entry, we were greeted by smiley staff who didn't mind me taking photos of the shop even before we make our order.

Like other shophouses cafes, there are more seats available on the 2nd & 3rd level.

Something interesting to note is that they have a rewards programme called "The Bean Programme". Interested? Participate in five simple steps.

Now we are ready to attack the food. Let's take a look at the menu.

Other than their well known muffins, other items that you can find in their menu includes sandwiches, tarts, homemade pies & quiches.

All items are available in ala carte order or you can opt for a set. The set includes a muffin and a drink (except smoothies/alcoholic beverages) of your choice. However you can top up S$2 for a smoothie.

I decided to try their sandwiches but there are so many varieties to choose and all looks tempting. So I ordered the Three Sliders and opted for a set.

The flavours I chose were:
1) Smoked Salmon
2) Ham & Cheese
3) The Char Siew

Three Sliders (Ala Carte S$10, Set S$16.50)
1) Smoked Salmon
Salmon was fresh and combined with cream cheese making this simply delicious.
2) Ham & Cheese
This was rather normal with no surprise factor.
3) The Char Siew
A unique variety in the menu. Meat is tender and overall combination is yummy. Just that it doesn't taste so much like char siew.

Matcha Latte (Ala Carte S$4.50)
My beverage choice for the set. This is really awesome. Strong matcha taste with just the right portion of milk.

My friend loves quiches and the quiche of the day happens to be her favourite - Spinach & Mushroom Quiche. So she ordered the quiche and opted for a set too.

Spinach & Mushroom Quiche (Ala Carte S$5.50, Set S$12)
Quiches are known to be creamy and cheesy. The ones here are the same with the difference that it will not make you feel too greasy after eating it.

Latte (Ala Carte S$4.50)
A coffee lover's choice. Strong aroma and coffee taste. Coffee lovers must definitely try their coffee when visiting.

As I have mentioned earlier, muffins are included in all set orders. Though they have sweet & savoury muffins but we opted for the sweet flavour as this is our aftermeal dessert.

Double Chocolate and Lavender Lemon Muffin (Ala Carte S$2.80)
Double Chocolate Muffin
Baked with valrhona chocolate and two other types of chocolate chips. The muffin is moist and the chocolate taste makes this a chocolate lovers must have.
Lavender Lemon Muffin
Aroma therapy!? Chose this as I find this flavour quite special. Not a flavour that many can appreciate as the lavender is a little too overpowering.

The place to visit for chilling out with friends and enjoying a cuppa with some pastries.

Tried their matcha latte this round as i seem to be addicted to their caramel latte all the time. Their matcha latte is not bad, it will be better if its extra hot.

During the Night Festival, The Muffinry has setup a stall outside SMRT HQ. Although it is known for its muffins, but I decide to go for its salad as it sounds more interesting.Pesto Pasta Salad ($8)fusilli, cherry tomatoes, cheddar tossed in homemade pesto with salad topping Roast Chicken Breast ($2)The chicken is finely shredded and tastes quite flavourful and not dry. The pesto is quite tasty and not overwhelming. The only low point is the flies around the place, disturbing our meal.

Among these 6 flavours, I still like double chocolate the most follow by the banana chocolate. The rest was ok but did not excite me much. At $2.80 per muffin and complete with a nice packaging, it was a muffin craving fulfilled day for me. They also serve pies and sandwiches, perhaps I will consider coming back to visit them 1 day for lunch and coffee.

A dear colleague of mine bought me a Double Chocolate Muffin from this bakery. After reading the reviews here in OpenRice, I was optimistic that the Muffin would be one of the best that i would have. But sadly no. For an affordable price of only $2.80, the double chocolate muffin comes in the size of my fist and heavily loaded with chocolate chips. Intend to buy something for my dessert during tea-break, lastly I bought Muffin. I passed by here and was attracted by the fragrance of bakery. This was just a delicious simple muffin recipe from the kitchen. I am sure it was just out from oven, the muffin was fresh. The texture was really moist, almost custard-like, which I really liked. I don’t think it was healthy, but taste wise, I gave it 8 stars out of 10. It costed around $2.00++ for each muffin.

Love the miffins here as they are not too sweet and the portion is big. The chocolate flavoured muffin is really aromatic and good and i live the cheese one too as the cheese goes well with the crumbly moist muffin. There are other flavours too and you should go down to check out this stall and the muffins that are freshly made each day.Great for tea time with coffee or tea.

Something to really rave about this tart has got to be the special strawberries muffinery uses. I heard that the strawberry they use are imported from korea. And after trying it, i believed it. The strawberry is really sweet and juicy, easily defeating other strawberry tarts. The custard filling is another thing to mention, cos it's sweet too. However, the crust isn't really good. It's too clumpy and should be more flaky instead. Hui Yan

The coffee is great here! Head here instead of going to Starbucks! Staff is super friendly and make conversation with you.

Used to work around Raffles place and this place was my colleagues & i daily stop for coffee, creme brulee & muffin.Their uncommon flavors include green eggs & ham, earl grey & fig. They definitely did not stinge on ingredients in the muffin. I'm not a fan of their coffee & chocolate tart, but creme brulee is, definitely. Its not the best, but for a $5 creme brulee, its an affordable quick dessert!

Went to visit this cafe that was open a few months ago to try out their muffins. I have heard that their muffins are really good so i ordered the banana chocolate walnut muffin. It was rather expensive to me as it was priced at $2.40 for one. The muffin was very fragrant and i enjoyed it. The cafe is very small and so most people usually order takeaway. The people working here are really friendly too!!

Muffins are definitely a must-try when you are at this cafe. The Double Chocolate (on the left) tastes just nice, not too sweet. The best part of it is that the chocolate is really smooth and goes so well with the moist and fluffy texture of the muffin. Best to have it when its warm with the melting chocolate. Yum, chocolate lovers would surely love this muffin!

I always have apple crumble for its crumble. For the Apple Blueberry Crumble (on the right), the crumble was rather crispy and there were a generous amount of blueberry bit as well. Love this muffin too!

Not forgetting, the coffee served was really awesome. Somehow, it is rather quite hard to find a good cup of coffee with coffee art details in Singapore. The cappuccino was not too bitter and surprisingly sugar is not added for myself. Both were served in very pretty and colourful cups. Seeing the coffee arts so beautifully done, it just makes me happier to drink it along with my muffins too.

The Muffinry is definitely I would love to visit again and again and again, for their muffins and coffee. Heard from the friendly owners that there may be sandwiches and soups. Hopefully there would be more food items added to the menu. Muffins all day long!
