Wanted to pamper myself with some really nice and healthy food from this Soup Spoon outlet at Tampines.  The restaurant was quite small and squeezy, but the area surrounding is still quite cooling.

Had bought the chicken mushroom wrap, which the wrap is quite thin and chewy, which is totally not oily. Inside is filled with generous amount of shredded cabbage, shredded chicken meat and sliced mushroom, super healthy and flavourful.

The clam chowder is served in a thick whole meal bread bowl that is really filling and sufficient enough to have it as a main course.  Paid $23 in total for this bill which is quite alright.

I always love dining at The Soup Spoon! As I was feeling very hungry, I went for the SouperValue meal, which entitles me to a choice of soup, a choice of half sandwich/wrap/salad and a drink. I had the Simon and Garfunkel Chicken and Mushroom Ragout soup, which consists of chicken, potatoes, carrots, and different types of mushrooms such as the portobello, shitake, button, oyster, abalone and enoki mushrooms. This rich and creamy stew is one of the more fulfilling ones when compared to the rest.

The Teriyaki Chicken with Avocado sandwich consist of teriyaki chicken and avocado slices with garlic aioli, mayonnaise, cucumber, tomato and lettuce.

Overall, both the soup and sandwich were good! I like that there are many alternatives here. If you're not feeling very hungry, a bowl of soup and bread roll would be just nice. Otherwise, you can opt for the SouperValue meal or you can choose a heavier soup.

THis is one of my favourite soup in this restaurant. The generous amount of tomatoes added in it has made the soup really sweet and thick in texture. There are also many cut potato, carrots and celery added in it which make this soup really interesting and full of many great nutritional value as well. The price is consider reasonable and the portion is quite generous too.

Today, in the early morning; I re-visit The Soup spoon where is located in Tampines Mall basement 1. This time, I order American breakfast which contains of chicken sausages, crumble eggs, wholemeal bread, raw cranberry and vegetable and accompany with a cup coffee or tea. The café provide a nutrition and healthy set meal indeed. Most of the children like this meal for Breakfast as they cannot resist taking the delicious sausages. The price is $6.50 per set.
