Late lunch on Sunday, we headed to foodcourt for a simple lunch. Decided to take a common Hakka dishes, I was the supportive fan for this greenish cuisine. Self-service basis, I joined the queue but not really waited too long. Staffs were friendly and acted fast, stall appeared clean and neat also. Flavourful and delicious with different ingredients textures, every spoon excited my mouth. Soup tasted great in mild herbs aroma, warm and hearty. Excellent serving for assorted veggies, peanuts did well to add extra crunchiness to the whole. Vegetables were cooked well, neither too hard nor too mushy. Luxury and balanced diet for the lunch, saltiness was just nice and not overpowering. Portion was huge, I felt very filling and satisfying. $5.00 for my lunch set, I would say I get pretty much than what I paid for.
