These pineapple tarts are so buttery and fragrant and the pineapple is so generous and not overly sweet! This store is starting to sell pineapple tarts now. What is sold in this store is really up to the owner's whim. She makes what she feels like on the day... every day it's different! And it's always good! You can buy it in small or large tubs. She's friendly and most of her stuff is only $1 or $2! I was there while she was baking the pineapple tarts fresh and it was so pretty and refreshing to look at! Like it's Chinese New Year already! This is one hawker centre to get your rice dumpling fix. There are at least 2 stalls selling such, with them selling many finger food as well.The dumpling is fragrant, oily in the right sense and has very little fatty meat in it.
