Headed to have my lunch, I went to a nearby coffee shop with my colleagues. Neighbourhood area scene, environment was warm and stuffy as usual. The key selling point was the Fishball Noodles at Tian Le stall, quite well-known and catered to local appetite. There was no queue when I reached, I was told to be waiting at my seat. Ladyboss will deliver the order when it was ready, precise service. Limited choices available, but varieties were good enough for selection. A bowl of thickly flat noodles in starchy gravy topped with generous portion of fried anchovies, fish cake slices, braised pork and egg, it was dunking hot. I was convinced by the springy noodles, not overcooked and solid filling. Gravy was heavy seasoned and pretty generic, mushy mess but not sickening.
