Tiger's Milk

Named after an important ingredient in Peruvian ceviche. Tiger’s Milk (or Leche De Tigre) is the first Peruvian rooftop bar in Singapore. Featuring a central Ceviche Bar, overlooking an open parrilla grill and a pisco bar; chefs skillfully prepare dishes that are to be shared in a social and familial style of dining — all complimented with music exploring the many rich and colourful textures of Latin American culture.
